WoowPDF provides the following services:

Service Availability: We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time.
User Obligations
By using our Services, you agree to:

- Use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws

User Content and Ownership

Auto-Deletion: All files are automatically deleted from our servers within 1 hour after upload. We do not retain copies of your content.

- • Your content complies with all applicable laws

Billing

- •Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors

Refunds and Cancellations

- • Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period
- • Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase
- • No refunds for partial months or unused services

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.
Limitation of Liability
LIABILITY LIMITATIONS
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WOOWPDF SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- • Loss of data or corruption of files
- • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- • Punitive or exemplary damages
- • Damages resulting from unauthorized access
- • Damages caused by third-party services or content
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WoowPDF, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

- •Your violation of these Terms
- •Your violation of any third-party rights
- •Your uploaded content or files
- •Your breach of any applicable laws
Termination
By You
You may stop using our Services at any time. If you have a premium account, you may cancel your subscription through your account settings.
By Us
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services:
- • Immediately for violation of these Terms
- • If required by law or court order
- • For extended inactivity (with notice)
- • If we discontinue the Services
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Any provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Delaware for the resolution of any disputes.
Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution
Before filing a formal claim, we encourage you to contact us at support@woowpdf.com to seek an informal resolution.
Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except:
- • Small claims court matters (under $10,000)
- • Intellectual property disputes
- • Injunctive relief requests
Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
Notification of Changes:
- We will update the "Last Updated" date
- For material changes, we will notify you via email or website notice
- Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Services.
