How to convert CSV to PDF
CSV is the format almost every app exports: bank statements, store orders, CRM contacts, analytics reports, inventory lists. It is great for spreadsheets but awkward to share or print, because a CSV opened in a text editor is just commas, and printing it from Excel often splits columns across several pages. CSV to PDF turns the file into a clean, printable PDF table: the header row is bold and repeated on every page, rows are striped for easy reading, and columns are sized from their content to fit the page width. The separator is detected for you, and everything runs in your browser.
How to convert CSV to PDF
- Add your CSV file. Drop a .csv, .tsv or .txt export on the page.
- Check the separator. Detect works for most files; choose comma, semicolon or tab if you know it.
- Header row. Leave First row is a header on if the first line holds column names.
- Choose layout. Landscape fits more columns; pick Letter or A4.
- Convert and download. You see the number of rows, columns and pages.
What the PDF table looks like
| Feature | In the PDF |
|---|---|
| Header row | Bold, shaded, repeated on every page |
| Rows | Light zebra stripes and thin grid lines |
| Column widths | Based on the longest values, scaled to the page |
| Long values | Shortened with "..." so cells never overlap |
| Text | Real, selectable text for Latin scripts |
CSV files people convert
- Bank and card exports to keep a printable record or send to an accountant.
- Order and sales reports from Shopify, WooCommerce, Etsy or Amazon.
- Contact and member lists for events, sign-in sheets and mailings.
- Inventory and price lists to share with suppliers and staff.

Tips for a readable table
- Remove columns you do not need before converting; fewer columns means a larger font.
- Use landscape for 8 or more columns.
- Need the reverse? PDF to CSV pulls tables out of a PDF, and PDF to Excel exports them to a spreadsheet.
- Have an Excel file? Use Excel to PDF to keep its formatting.
- Combine reports into one document with Merge PDF.
Why not print from a spreadsheet?
Spreadsheet print settings are built for sheets you designed yourself. A raw export usually has narrow default columns, no repeated header and a print area that spills onto extra pages to the right. Fixing that takes several minutes per file. This converter does it in one step, the same way every time, so a weekly report always looks the same.
Private by design
CSV exports often contain names, emails, amounts and account details. WoowPDF reads and converts the file with JavaScript on your own device, so nothing is uploaded, stored or logged, and there is no watermark or sign up.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need Excel to convert CSV to PDF?
No. Opening a CSV in Excel or Google Sheets and printing to PDF often cuts columns across pages. This tool reads the CSV directly and builds a table that fits the page width, with no spreadsheet program needed.
My CSV uses semicolons. Will it work?
Yes. The separator is detected automatically from the first lines of the file. European exports often use semicolons, and tab separated (TSV) files work too. You can also pick the separator yourself.
What happens with many columns?
Columns are scaled to fit the page and the font gets smaller as needed. Very long values are shortened with an ellipsis so the table stays readable. For 10 or more columns, choose landscape.
Are accents and non-Latin text supported?
Yes. Latin text is drawn as real PDF text; Arabic, Chinese, Hindi, Cyrillic and other scripts are drawn so they display correctly, including right to left text.
Is there a row limit?
No fixed limit. Tens of thousands of rows work on a normal computer; the table simply continues over as many pages as needed, with the header on each page.
Is my data uploaded?
No. Customer lists, bank exports and other CSV data are converted by your browser on your own device and never sent to a server.
