Our server does the conversion with the LibreOffice engine, so it handles complex files well.

Options

• Before converting:
• Fit each sheet on one page: wide sheets stay readable instead of splitting across pages.
• Image quality: Best, Balanced or Smallest.
• Advanced: save as PDF/A for archiving.

What Gets Preserved

• What transfers:
• Table structure stays intact.
• Formulas show as their calculated values (you see the number, not "=SUM(A1:A10)").
• Charts are included as they appear in the workbook.
• Gridlines follow the print settings saved in your workbook.
• Headers and footers if you have them.
• Page breaks follow your workbook's print settings, or switch on Fit each sheet on one page.
• Colors, fonts, cell shading all preserved.
