Organize PDF Pages Online Free
Organize a PDF on one visual board: drag pages into a new order, rotate the ones that are sideways, duplicate or delete pages, then save the organized PDF. Runs in your browser, nothing is uploaded.
Most tools never upload your files
How to organize a PDF online
To organize a PDF, add the file, rearrange its page thumbnails by dragging them, use the buttons under each page to rotate, duplicate or delete it, and click Save changes. This PDF organizer copies the original pages into a new file in the order you set, so text, images and links stay exactly as they were. The document never leaves your browser and downloads as -organized.pdf.
How to organize PDF pages
- Add a PDF (up to 100 MB). A thumbnail of every page appears.
- Drag thumbnails to move pages to a new position.
- Use the arrows under a page to rotate it, or Rotate all left and Rotate all right for the whole file.
- Click Duplicate page to repeat a page, or Delete page to remove it. Deleted pages stay greyed out until you save, so you can restore them.
- Click Save changes and download the organized PDF.
How to rearrange or reorder PDF pages
Rearranging, reordering and arranging PDF pages are the same job here: drag a page thumbnail and drop it where it belongs. Check the new order in the thumbnails, then click Save changes. Nothing is re-encoded, so the reordered PDF looks exactly like the original.
Everything you can do on the board
| Action | How | Typical use |
|---|---|---|
| Reorder pages | Drag and drop thumbnails | Put an appendix at the end, fix a scan in the wrong order |
| Rotate | Arrows under a page, or rotate all | Sideways or upside down scans |
| Duplicate | Duplicate page button | Repeat a cover sheet or a form page |
| Delete and restore | Delete page button, click again to restore | Remove blank pages, ads or old versions |
The result shows how many pages were kept, for example 12 / 14, so you can check the count before you send the file on.
Organize PDF files from several documents
The board works on one PDF at a time. To organize pages that come from several files, first merge the PDFs into one document, then arrange the combined pages here. To take some pages out into a separate file instead, use Split PDF.
Tips for a tidy document
- Fix the order first, then rotate: it is easier to spot sideways pages once everything is in sequence.
- Double sided scans often come out as all fronts and then all backs. Drag each back page next to its front, or interleave them in two passes.
- Add page numbers after organizing, so the numbering matches the new order.
- Password protected PDFs must be unlocked before their pages can be rearranged.
Organize, reorder or delete pages?
WoowPDF has three page tools that share the same thumbnails. Organize PDF is the all in one board described here. Reorder PDF only changes the page order, with nothing else to get in the way, and Delete PDF pages lets you click several pages, or all odd or even pages, and remove them in one go. All three copy the pages losslessly.
Lossless and private
Organizing does not re-render or recompress anything: pages are copied as they are, so quality and file size stay the same apart from the pages you add or remove. All of it runs on your device, with no upload, no sign up and no watermark. Related tools: merge PDF, split PDF, rotate PDF, add page numbers.
